A “customer” can take many forms, from consumer and citizen to doctor, parishioner or any identified individual.  The customer can also take the form of a group of individuals that have something in common, such as a household, a business, an agency, governmental department or a group of businesses. In essence, a customer is any unit that transacts with your company for your business.
