An extremely popular extension to the outside-in assessment is a customized workshop where relevant internal constituencies join with CIAgenda^® specialists in a collaborative environment to discuss each of the identified diamonds and gaps, and to explore alternate approaches for moving forward.

The product of the workshop is a concrete plan with milestones for moving forward, along with an evaluation of what it will take to be successful and how that success will be measured.  In many cases, a business plan formulating project investments and risks can be drawn up during or immediately after the workshop.

After the workshop every client is free to determine their own path forward, whether that means further involvement with CIAgenda® or not.
